Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, choose what you love, and add it to your cart.
When you’re ready to check out, enter your name, email, and shipping address.
Click “Place Order” to proceed to our secure payment portal.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours if it hasn’t shipped yet.
After that, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Delivery
Where do you deliver, and which carrier do you use?
We deliver across the United States and selected international destinations through reliable logistics partners to ensure fast, safe delivery.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) on business days (Monday – Friday) are processed the same day.
Orders placed afterward are processed the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Our estimated delivery time, including handling and transit, is 6–9 business days.
We process orders within 1–2 business days, followed by 5–7 days of transit time.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
You can also track your order directly on our Track Your Order page.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed via PCI DSS–compliant gateways.
Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at contact@amrado.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return address.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll replace or refund the product — including shipping costs.
