Return Window

Customers in the United States have the right to return their purchase within 30 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.
To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.


Return Instructions

2. Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions, including the return address and a prepaid label if applicable.

3. Packaging:
Repack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

4. Shipping:
Use the provided return instructions to send your package back safely.


Return Costs

For Defective or Incorrect Products:
No return shipping cost will be charged.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Amrado will cover all return shipping fees.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This includes cases where the product was ordered incorrectly, is no longer wanted, or the customer has changed their mind.


Specific Return and Refund Conditions

Change of Mind:
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Defective Goods:
If your item is defective, contact us immediately.
We’ll cover the shipping cost and provide either a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Product Received:
If you received the wrong product, please contact us right away.
We’ll organize the return and send the correct item at no additional cost.

Product Never Arrived:
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, reach out to our support team.
We’ll investigate the issue and issue a full refund or replacement if the item cannot be located.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be returned after delivery following this policy.


Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Include clear images of the problem.
After inspection, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
